A fifty-year-old was indicted in Montauban for having overthrown his brother with his van, reports La Dépêche du Midi in its edition of the day. The violent dispute between the two men, horticulturalists, broke out Thursday evening for reasons still unclear.
The youngest child first chased his brother with a lighted chainsaw before grabbing an iron bar to hit him. To escape the surge of blows, the fifties returned to his van and it was in the maneuver carried out to flee that he knocked down his brother, hospitalized in serious condition.
The driver himself notified the emergency services. And in the regional daily, his lawyer explains that he accidentally hit his younger brother.
