Employment and entrepreneurship "one help one"

Supporting Hubei universities by 48 universities nationwide

  In order to help graduates from Hubei colleges and universities to succeed in employment and entrepreneurship, recently, the Ministry of Education issued a notice to launch the “one-on-one” action on employment and entrepreneurship between colleges and universities in Hubei.

  The “One Gang One” action fully considered the types of schools, the characteristics of employment and the needs of aided universities. The first batch identified 48 pairs of colleges and universities to carry out support actions, supporting colleges and universities including 34 universities directly under the central ministries and commissions, 4 provincial-level general colleges and universities, and 10 national model vocational colleges; Hubei ’s aided universities include 8 universities directly under the central 30 provincial undergraduate colleges and 10 vocational colleges. The time for assistance operations is set from April to September 2020, and will be adjusted in time according to the epidemic prevention and control arrangements.

  Supporting universities and aided universities will, on the basis of full consultation, clarify the objectives and specific measures of the support work, and establish the "Six Communists" support mechanism: share job information, support universities and aided universities to share online recruitment platforms, and jointly organize Online recruitment activities; jointly explore employment channels and support colleges and universities to help the aided colleges to develop the job market; jointly strengthen employment guidance, support colleges and aided colleges to share employment and entrepreneurship guidance courses and online guidance for employment guidance; share quality teaching resources and support colleges and universities Open relevant teaching resources to the graduates of the aided colleges and universities to provide more practical practice opportunities for the graduates of the assisted colleges and universities; jointly carry out entrepreneurship practice activities; and jointly improve the level of employment management.

  At present, 48 pairs of colleges and universities have all completed the docking work, and are working together to formulate assistance agreements. In the next step, the Ministry of Education will promptly start the counterpart assistance work for other universities in Hubei Province, and will regularly supervise and inspect the implementation of the assistance actions, and actively promote the effective counterpart assistance models and practices.
