No deconfinement "without free masks", massive testing policy, "clear health framework" for schools or even without exceptional bonuses for personnel mobilized during the crisis: Socialist deputies listed their "red lines" on Tuesday to get out of confinement .

The PS group will decide on its vote on the government plan in the afternoon, when it is presented to the Assembly.

In a motion for a resolution of around twenty pages, they address the six themes mentioned by the Prime Minister (health, school, work, shops, transport, cultural or sporting gatherings) and add a seventh which is lacking in their eyes: "taking into account the social crisis".

In terms of health, in addition to free masks, they plead in particular for the "abandonment of the application + Stopcovid +" and for the isolation of the sick.

On the school, they believe that the calendar announced by the government does not seem "unsustainable", pleading to "leave the necessary time" to communities and institutions.

The deputies also ask "a special and exceptional recognition of the Nation" for the "first of the trench" (caregivers, cashiers, associative volunteers ...) and plead for a compensation of the victims of Covid-19 within the framework of their professional activity or volunteer. They ask for "an extension of partial unemployment until the end of the first month of resumption of activity".

They also demand a "commitment by the State to maintain all of its emergency economic arrangements at least until the summer", and a "cancellation of social security contributions and taxes for all VSEs and SMEs sectors having been banned from welcoming the public for the months of March to June ".

They also ask for the "compulsory wearing of masks in public transport" and "a precise calendar" on the authorization of gatherings for cultural or sports actors.

Elected officials also invite the government "to quickly impose a state of social emergency", alongside the health emergency. They propose in particular to create "aid of 300 euros per month of confinement for recipients of active solidarity income, specific solidarity allowance, housing aid, minimum old age and activity bonus allowances, plus 100 euros per child "and" develop the distribution of food stamps ".
