“67 patients with confirmed pneumonia and a positive coronavirus test died in Moscow,” the Telegram channel said in a statement.

In the previous day, 44 patients with COVID-19 died in Moscow. 

Earlier, Moscow authorities announced the extension until May 11 inclusive of restrictions that apply in the capital. 

According to Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, the city will begin to relax restrictions as soon as the incidence rate declines.
