China denied its accusation of misinformation about the Coronavirus pandemic, amid warnings of early easing of isolation and closure measures, especially in Europe, which is experiencing relatively stable casualty rates.

The total number of coronavirus infections worldwide exceeded 3 million, while the number of deaths reached 207,000, and global cures exceeded 880,000.

According to the site "World Meter", the number of HIV infections worldwide reached 3 million and 17 thousand and 776 cases.

The United States ranked first in the world in terms of injuries, with 987,322 cases.

It was followed by Spain with 236,199, Italy with 197,675, France with 162,100, Germany with 157,770, Britain with 152,840, and Turkey with 110,110 injuries.

As for China - from which the virus has spread to the world - the number of infections on its mainland has reached 82,830 cases.

The Chinese Foreign Ministry said - through its spokesperson - that China is a victim of misinformation about Corona, not its source.

This came in response to a report issued by the European Union that there is "a lot of evidence" that China is spreading false information on social media.

Reuters had said - earlier - that senior Chinese officials had pressed the European Union to remove criticism in the report last week, saying it would make Beijing "very angry."

Among the latest developments in China, the National Health Commission of China announced that Wuhan city hospitals - which had witnessed the beginning of the outbreak of the Coruna virus - had become free from any infection with the virus.

A committee spokesman said that by the 26th of this month, there had been no new cases of the virus. Wuhan recorded 56% of the cases of coronavirus in all of China.

In major cities in China, such as Shanghai and Beijing, tens of thousands of students returned to schools, after months of closure to stop the spread of Corona, and life is gradually returning to normal in the largest city in China.

Warnings
As European countries - especially those affected, such as Italy and Spain - are prepared to ease restrictions on closures, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has now considered reducing public isolation a great risk.

Johnson, in his first appearance after recovering from Corona, likened the disease to a crime that the British were struggling to control, confirming that there were indications that his country had passed the peak of the virus, and that Britain had started to divert the course in the fight against the virus.

For his part, Professor Neal Ferguson (one of the science advisors to the British government) warned that the early easing of the closure procedures would cause the death of one hundred thousand people of the epidemic of corona.

Ferguson said in a press statement to a British media that the measures of closure and social separation have yielded positive results so far, but he warned that reducing them early may lead to a doubling of the number of deaths by the end of this year.

Ferguson added that even easing the procedures for the younger age groups of society would pose significant risks and increase the epidemic outbreak.

Easing restrictions
In the context of easing restrictions, Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte unveiled a plan to ease the seven-week-old closures and embargoes in the country, while maintaining the divergence policy.

The plan includes reopening factories, building workshops and public parks from the fourth of next month, while keeping schools closed until next September, and people will be allowed to move within their areas only.

In Norway, the authorities today reopened primary schools, in a new step within the gradual lifting of restrictions in the country, as do many European countries.

Statistics of the countries of the region
Within the latest statistics in the countries of the region, the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health announced the registration of 213 new cases of coronavirus, bringing the total to 3288.

In Bahrain, 61 cases of corona virus were recorded during the past 24 hours. While 50 new cases of coronavirus were registered in Morocco, taking the total number to 4115.

In Syria, the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs in Syria said that food insecurity in poor communities poses one of the greatest risks posed by the spread of the Corona virus in Syria.

The office called - in a statement to its coordinator residing in Damascus - all countries to fulfill the international call to provide about two billion dollars to support the most vulnerable countries in the world, including Syria.

In Iran, the Ministry of Health announced 96 new deaths from the Coronavirus, bringing the total to 5,806, with 91,472 infections, after 991 new infections were recorded.

The movement of people returned to the streets gradually this morning, with the continuation of other government measures, such as keeping the safe distance between people in the streets, and imposing masks in places and public markets, in addition to the continued curfew on elderly citizens and children.
