Rebound in the case of the deadly execution, conducted Friday evening, in the popular district of Ile de Thau in Sète. The investigators had a video filmed by a local resident and posted on social networks. We see two men approach a car and coldly shoot the driver, while the passenger manages to miraculously run away. 23 cases were found at the crime scene.
The police believed they had recognized one of the shooters in the video footage. He was the one who surrendered Sunday morning after calling the police the previous evening. The judicial police are trying to discover the identity of the other shooter and the third person who was waiting for them in a vehicle.
Drug traffic
For two years, incidents have multiplied between two rival gangs in Sète and Frontignan, against the backdrop of drug trafficking, but never going so far as to die. The evening assassination could be linked to a brawl that broke out in the afternoon around the stadium, in which the victim took part.
