Earlier it was reported that Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin instructed the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, the Ministry of Economic Development, Rospotrebnadzor and the Ministry of Health to prepare proposals for phasing out restrictions on business imposed in connection with the distribution of COVID-19.

He also instructed a number of departments to work out recommendations for Russians on the need to comply with the self-isolation regime during the May holidays.

In particular, citizens were urged to exclude or reduce internal movements due to the epidemic of coronavirus infection.
