According to the Saudi Press Agency, "SPA", according to the great keenness of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, on the health and safety of citizens and residents, and based on what the relevant health authorities have raised regarding the measures taken by the Kingdom in the face of the emerging Corona virus (Covid 19), and the possibility Turning to prevent partial curfew and the return of some economic activities to health controls, and a desire to alleviate citizens and residents, he has been instructed to:
First: Partially lifting the curfew in all regions of the Kingdom from today, Sunday 3 Ramadan 1441 AH corresponding to April 26 2020 AD, and until Wednesday 20 Ramadan 1441 AH corresponding to May 13, 2020 AD, from nine in the morning until five in the evening, while maintaining the complete curfew on A period of (24) hours, in each of the cities of Makkah Al-Mukarramah and the neighborhoods previously declared isolated in previous decisions and statements.
Second: In addition to the activities excluded in the previous decisions, it is permitted to open some economic and commercial activities and practice their activities in the grace period referred to in the first clause, starting from Wednesday 6 Ramadan 1441 AH corresponding to April 29 2020 AD, and until Wednesday 20 Ramadan 1441 AH corresponding to May 13, 2020 AD , And that in the wholesale and retail trade stores and malls.
With an emphasis on continuing to prevent any activity within these centers that does not achieve physical distance, including: beauty clinics, barber salons, sports and health clubs, recreational centers, cinemas, beauty salons, restaurants, cafes and other activities determined by the competent authorities.
And to allow construction companies and factories to return to practice their activities without restrictions on time, according to the nature of their business, starting from Wednesday 6 Ramadan 1441 AH corresponding to April 29, 2020 CE, and until Wednesday 20 Ramadan 1441 AH corresponding to May 13, 2020 CE.
The authorities responsible for monitoring economic, commercial and industrial activities, based on the instructions, precautionary measures and preventive measures approved by the Ministry of Health, and the competent authorities, follow up the extent of commitment to implement the precautionary measures and preventive measures and submit daily reports thereon.
And also the emphasis on continuing to apply social divergence measures, including continuing to prevent gatherings for social purposes for more than five people, such as: wedding events, solace councils, etc., as well as gathering in public places at times of permitting wandering.
The prescribed penalties will be imposed and facilities that violate the regulations and instructions closed according to the procedures followed.
King Salman also instructed the Ministry of Interior to coordinate with other relevant authorities, any amendments to the curfew procedures required by health developments.
