Razvozhaev said that residents of Sevastopol can leave the city if they have a certificate stating that they are working in the territory of the Republic of Crimea. At the same time, citizens can enter Sevastopol if they have a pass confirming that they work in the city. According to him, "all other cases - only through a separate electronic pass."

“The acting governor also said that he will extend the high-alert mode until May 30, and the self-isolation regime will be valid until at least April 30,” the message said.

Earlier, "New Sevastopol" announced the extension of the regime of compulsory self-isolation in Sevastopol until April 26.
