During Sunday, the rescue service extinguished two grass fires, one in Ramvik and one in Lunde. In Ramvik, the fire started in a slope and then spread to a fate that was damaged before the rescue service got to stop the fire.

Shortly thereafter, it started burning in a hillside in Lunde, about a mile from the first place. There, an economic building was threatened by the fire, but the rescue services managed to prevent the spread.

- The fires are judged by everything. This is our thesis, it has not started to burn by itself, says Peter Vennerbring.

Nobody's fired and it started spreading by mistake?

- No, not in any of these cases. We see no explanation for the fires and so we are now investigating two cases of homicide.

Police want observations from both places.

- The emergency services advise against fire. It is important to respect that. If you burn grass and it spreads, you may be convicted of negligent homelessness. But it has not been in these cases, says Peter Vennerbring.
