The prime minister’s resolution is published on the website of the Cabinet.

“To establish that the validity of the certificate of eligibility for social benefits is no more than 9 months from the date of issue specified in this certificate,” the press service of the Cabinet said. 

The government specified that the provisions of the resolution apply to certificates of the right to receive social benefits, which were issued during the period "from February 1, 2020 until the date of entry into force of this resolution."

According to RIA Novosti, the validity and filing of the relevant certificates has been extended by two months.

Also, the Cabinet approved the rules for cost recovery for tour operators.
