According to Bloomberg, Kao called this information “false and malicious” on his Twitter page.

“Information about the grave health conditions of our Marshal Kim Jong-un is false and malicious,” he said.

Along with this, the agency indicates that Kao did not say where he received this information and declined to comment further when Bloomberg employees contacted him.

Earlier, some media outlets, in particular The New York Post, reported citing sources that the DPRK leader Kim Jong-un has died or is in a “vegetative” state.

On April 24, Japanese Foreign Minister Toshimitsu Motegi said that Japan was collecting and analyzing information about the situation in the DPRK, in particular about the health status of its leader, Kim Jong-un.
