Dubai Roads and Transport Authority has announced that it will continue to stop all marine transportation services, which include: open and air-conditioned abras, "Al Firi", water taxi and water bus, including transportation via "Al Firi" flights between the emirates of Dubai and Sharjah, in addition to intercity bus lines , Until further notice.

The Authority has taken precautionary measures, as part of its contribution to the efforts to combat the spread of the new Corona virus, which included stopping the operation of the Dubai metro and the Dubai tram, during the period of extending the national sterilization, between March 26 and until the date of yesterday, so that the metro will return to work again on Sunday ( April 26) with strict precautionary measures and precautions, as part of the preventive and precautionary measures taken to limit the spread of the virus.

And it was announced that the interstate maritime and bus trips had been suspended starting from late March, until April 30th, but the authority announced the continuation of stopping the provision of maritime transport services and passenger transport between cities, to and from the emirate until further notice, as required by the procedures The precaution currently applied.

The authority called on users of public transport to cooperate with the supervisors of metro stations and coaches, drivers of public transport buses and taxis, and to adhere to the standards and conditions applied, during the transportation of public transport, and while in public places, which were announced through the authorities concerned with the application of preventive plans.

Dubai Roads has called on public transport users to adhere to the applicable standards and conditions.
