“Next week we will tighten entry into the region. Only for emergency work passes and passports with registration in the area. We’ll stop working passes for the weekend, except in urgent cases, ”wrote Gleb Nikitin, the region’s governor, on Instagram.
He noted that all those entering without a work pass into the region will be sent to quarantine.
