It was on the evening of March 27 that an alarm was received about a burning car at Skogsvallen's sports ground in Storvreta. During the extinguishing work, three bodies were found in the car.

Already the next day, it was clear that the deed was in all likelihood a father who robbed his children of life and then took his own life.

An assassination investigation was initiated, but no definitive answers have yet to come from forensic and police technicians.

- However, we have an idea of how they lost their lives, but that is not something I want to comment on right now. And it is worth emphasizing that there is still no reason for us to believe that anyone else is involved in the incident, says prosecutor Anne Sjöblom.

The investigation can be closed

She has requested help from police in the United States, as investigators want answers from Facebook.

- There are information in the investigation that the father should have recorded and put out a movie before where he tells about what he intends to do, but it does not remain. So we need to get answers from Facebook if this movie has existed, says Anne Sjöblom.

If nothing else emerges that points to another suspect, the investigation will be closed, probably in a week's time.

- The motivation then becomes that the suspect is deceased, says Anne Sjöblom.
