The drama was played out in a few moments. At the end of the day Thursday, a three-year-old child fell into the family pool in Limony, a small village in the Ardèche, reports Le Dauphiné.
The little one would have escaped the vigilance of his parents for a little while and would have fallen into the water. The firefighters and a Smur team, who responded to the family's emergency requests, failed to revive the child, who died at the accident site.
An investigation should be carried out by the gendarmerie, as is the case in dramatic situations of this type, to clarify the circumstances in which the child drowned.
