This is the first time the teacher Anna Ljones, together with students from the teacher training program, has put together a business program. This week she runs live gymnastics with about 45 high school students via computer.

- It works well, says Navid Akbari.

Previously, students were given assignments in the form of an exercise program of 15 minutes per day. This corresponds to 75 minutes of sports lessons per week.

operational targets

The program was put together at short notice, when the students were ordered to be at home. Since then, the teachers together with teacher students have also filmed a movement program and put up as an instructional film.

- This is not finished here. There are some things we will need to change. But the goal is that as many people as possible should not sit still all day, says Anna Ljones.

Missing the students

At Karolinska High School, only teachers and staff move. Some work at home. A different everyday life, which, after all, continues.

- Most people probably feel that it's pretty okay, even if they don't have to be here, says Anna Ljones.

Do you miss them?

- Lots. It is sickly boring without students. Sometimes someone comes to get a book and we have to unlock it. Then we see that they exist for real.
