  The plan requires that the entry point of the isolation personnel should create an environment conducive to the maintenance of mental health, set up rooms in accordance with the isolation regulations, provide equipment and networks that are convenient for life as much as possible, encourage the isolation personnel to work normally, maintain communication with family and friends through the telephone network, etc., to ease isolation The loneliness brought by it; encourage the quarantine to take the initiative to learn the epidemic prevention and control and mental health knowledge, and explore beneficial hobbies. Provide resources such as epidemic prevention and control, mental health science popularization, and psychological self-assessment tools. Actively pay attention to the emotional changes, sleep conditions and behavioral performance of the isolated personnel, and timely discover those who need to receive psychological counseling and high-risk personnel.

  For individually isolated minors, the program emphasizes that designated adults should be monitored at the isolation point to ensure the safety of the environment. Assist minors to keep in touch with their families, and provide timely feedback to their families on the minors' adaptation to the environment and daily life.

  The plan proposes that the street (township) or community where the family of the inbound person is located should guide psychological counseling and social work service resources to provide psychosocial support services for the family of the inbound person. Establish a volunteer service network and neighborhood support system, build a platform for self-help, mutual assistance and group assistance, advocate for mutual help between family members and mutual support between neighbors, and strengthen the social support network for the family members of isolated persons.
