It is also indicated that the local resident is accused of mediation in giving a bribe.
According to the agency, the accused may face imprisonment for up to 15 years and a fine of up to 5 million rubles.
Earlier, an officer of the Moscow Regional Customs of the FCS of Russia was charged with receiving a bribe in the amount of 1 million rubles.
