This was reported by the press service of the Department of Transport of Moscow. 

“Already more than 3.9 million motorists in Moscow have tied car numbers to a digital badge,” the department said.

It is noted that on the roads of the capital on April 22 from 00:00 to 19:00 more than 1.5 million cars were recorded, while 15% of drivers were without a permit.

Also in Moscow, 1.7 million Troika cards and social cards were tied to digital passes. 

Earlier it was reported that traffic cameras in the capital on April 22 recorded 230 thousand drivers without digital passes.
