It was the Gothenburg Post that first reported on the case, and now also on the first decision.

- It's nice, it's a step in the right direction. But I think it is an unnecessarily long process and, unceremoniously, that they put money on trial costs for such things, Emelie Högström tells the newspaper.

She is one of hundreds of custodians who appealed the invoice. Her case and four more are being tried by the Gothenburg District Court, which has now given her the right. The district court did not base the verdict on the incorrect information, but on a case in the council last year, in which an annex incorrectly stated that the month of July was free of charge.

If all cases are decided in favor of the custodians, the administration may either appeal to the next court or start repaying money to all custodians - and then according to GP it will be almost 20 million.
