regard to North Korea's Kim Jong-un's health ideals, the US Deputy Chief of Staff made an assumption that Kim seems to still control North Korean forces. However, we did not say on what grounds this estimate was made.

John Hyton, Deputy Deputy Secretary-General for the US Department of Defense briefing, said there was no reason not to look at Kim Jong-un's question as to whether he still appears to control North Korea.

North Korea's military as well as its nuclear armed forces were estimated to be under Kim's control.

United States, while there is a major reaction in the United States about not knowing the authenticity of Kim's health anomalies, a senior US official has stated that Kim's military control is unchanged.

Apart from the health controversy, it still means that Kim is still alive as a North Korean leader, but he did not explain the basis for this assumption.

US Secretary of State Pompeo also remained cautious saying there was nothing more to say in the current situation.

Earlier, President Trump said that no one has confirmed Kim's health ideals, and that he wants him to be well.
