Opposition to self-isolation regime gathered in the center of Vladikavkaz

According to the local television channel GTRK Alania, the head of North Ossetia, Vyacheslav Bitarov, went to the protesters.

“People gathered on Freedom Square. Around there are many employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Russian Guard. Riot police cordoned off the government building, ”the report said.

The regime of self-isolation in the region was introduced on April 1. Bitarov then said that no one should leave their homes without emergency, and law enforcement would strictly monitor compliance with this regime by citizens.
