The relevant qualifications required to be eligible for sponsorship are: Secondary vocational graduates who meet the entry requirements for college entrance examinations in the relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) can be entrusted to the corresponding higher vocational or undergraduate majors of the university; Graduates of higher vocational colleges can be sent to corresponding undergraduate majors in colleges and universities; students of middle or high vocational schools are eligible to be sent to graduates in their current year of graduation; the number of colleges and universities that are admitted to undergraduate majors is limited to undergraduate level vocational schools and applied ordinary undergraduate colleges.

The notice proposes to strengthen the application qualification review. All colleges and universities should conduct qualification review based on the information about the contestants ’awards announced by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, combined with the information about the contestants’ college entrance examinations or college entrance exams, to strictly prevent impersonation.
