The criminal court in Dubai sentenced an African visitor to one year in prison and deportation, after being convicted of attacking an Asian housewife in her apartment in Al Barsha, assaulting her with beating, threatening her with death in case her money was not delivered, the victim's glasses were removed, and she took two necklaces from her neck, which raised the horror of the housewife The woman, who escaped and hid in her room, almost escaped the accused, had it not been for the security guard to intervene and arrest her, and she said in the investigations that she had stormed the apartment by mistake. The housewife (the victim) said that she was in her apartment at about four in the afternoon in one of last November, and she heard the doorbell, and when she opened the accused batch inside, stormed the apartment, closed the door behind her, removed her medical glasses and put her inside her bag, and asked her for her money , So I told her that she had no money, because she was not working.
She added that she pushed the accused, trying to reach the apartment door and run away, but she grabbed her tightly from her neck and strangled her with her hand, and pulled two necklaces from her neck, which led to their destruction, falling into her clothes, and minor injuries to her neck.
The victim added that she started resisting and pushing the accused, and she cried out for help, but the accused threatened to slaughter her, if she did not give her the money she had, then the victim pushed her forcefully, ran to her room, closed the door, then called her husband, and did not leave until after I heard a guard's voice The security officer, who rushed to her rescue and grabbed the accused before escaping, came to the police, and arrested her.
For his part, the security guard at the building that witnessed the incident said that he was at his location when he saw the accused, so he asked her about her destination and told him that she was going to another apartment, and a photocopy of her passport was shown to his colleague.
He added after minutes of her ascent, he heard screaming and distress from the victim’s apartment, as he received a phone call from the owner of the apartment, stating that his wife was under attack, pointing out that he went there quickly, and tried to enter, but the door was tightly closed, so the owner asked permission to open it with the main key In his possession, and when he entered, he found the accused person and asked her about the reason for her presence in the apartment.
For his part, a witness from Dubai Police revealed in the investigations of the Public Prosecution that he interrogated the accused and told him that she works in immoral actions and the woman who ran these actions sent her to a certain apartment, but she entered the apartment of the victim in error, and when she opened a woman she felt angry and attacked her.
The victim escaped to her room and called her husband and told him what happened.
