In appreciation of the efforts made by the first-line defense workers from the medical and health cadres, and their sacrifices in order to protect society and preserve the health and safety of its members, the Sharjah Police General Command represented by the Customer Happiness Center launched a package of services directed to the medical staff and employees working in the health field in the Emirate of Sharjah, as a contribution to strengthening Their humanitarian role to play in confronting the Corona Virus (Covid 19) outbreak and limiting its spread for a healthy and healthy homeland.

The Director of the Traffic and Licensing Center, Khaled Mohammed Al-Ki, stressed the Sharjah Police’s keenness to improve the services provided to the public, in line with the government’s goal to delight customers, and provide them with the best services, explaining that the package of services for the medical staff is to launch a hotline in cooperation and coordination with the Sharjah Medical Zone To complete all traffic transactions, which were provided by the Ministry of Interior, on its UAEMOI website, such as renewing vehicle ownership, private driving licenses and other services, by contacting the center's employees via the hotline, which has been allocated to them or via Red e-mail, in addition to the WhatsApp service, which was provided to the Sharjah Medical Zone in advance, where the employees of the customer service centers complete their transactions immediately without the need to review the service centers and deliver them to them in their workplaces.

Lt. Col. Al-Ki pointed out that this service comes in appreciation of the Sharjah Police for the efforts made by our first line of defense, to stand by them and support them in what they do from an estimated national work, by enabling them to complete all their transactions, and obtain services with ease.
