This was announced by the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin.
He explained that to use the machine, you need to include its state number in the digital pass. This must be done at least 5 hours before the first trip.
“The procedure is the same as when including electronic card numbers in the passes,” Sobyanin specified.
Cars that are not included in the digital badges will be automatically considered violators, and their owners will be fined, the mayor added.
On April 18, authorities in the capital reported that the time limits imposed in the city on April 13 were extended until May 1. In addition, a new type of digital badges is being introduced in the city - for volunteering.
