She explained that the service includes the certifications provided by the happiness centers for dealers inside the state, and state missions abroad, which are the ratification of regular certificates issued from within the state and abroad, from educational and medical certificates and marriage and divorce contracts and agencies, in addition to ratifying commercial contracts and agreements. The Ministry indicated the details of the service, whereby the process of reviewing the requests is done through the UAE embassy and the happiness centers for customers within the country, and in the event that the conditions are met, approval is sent to the customer to complete the payment process, and after obtaining approval for the payment process, the site is entered on the Ministry's website through a user name and password Pass, choose my assignments and start the payment process.

And she indicated that after the payment is completed, it is possible to visit the country's embassy or customer happiness centers within the country to authenticate the original document and hand it over to the auditor.

The application provides various services for citizens, such as renewing passports of citizens who are abroad, through the representative missions of the state and in coordination with the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, as well as applying for an emergency passport in the event of loss or damage to the ordinary passport, and issuing an emergency passport for newborns up to the age of One year, as well as an emergency passport for children aged one year or more.

29 thousand “presence” requests for residents

Finally, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation introduced a "presence" service for residents who have valid residencies and are located outside the country. The service aims to facilitate their safe return to the UAE in emergency situations, and 29 thousand applications were registered until the end of last March. It is possible to register for this service via the dedicated page on the Ministry's website (mofaic.gov.ae) within the personnel services entitled “My presence” for residents.
