the Ministry of Labor explained that the amount of payments is 5 thousand rubles for three months for each child up to three years old, if the application is submitted before July 1, 2020. If the application is submitted between July 1 and October 1, 2020, then the payment will come only once, but the family will immediately receive 15 thousand rubles per child.
It is specified that this support measure is temporary. Assignment of payments occurs only until October 1.
