The deaths of the "corona virus" emerging (Covid-19) in the United States exceeded 30,000 today, Thursday, according to the Johns Hopkins University census.
According to the university, which is a reference point in tracking new infections and deaths caused by the new Corona virus, 30,990 people have died of the epidemic in the United States since the start of the pandemic.
The United States is the country with the most recorded deaths of Covid-19 in front of Italy (21645 deaths), Spain (19,130 deaths) and France (17,167 deaths).
The United States, the world's largest economic power, has recorded in the past two days a record death toll, while the number of confirmed cases of Covid-19 on its soil exceeds 640,000.
New York City is the largest epidemic in the country, and on Tuesday it announced that 3,378 additional "weighted" deaths were recorded by Coved-19.
And Thursday, US President Donald Trump pledged to unveil a road map to gradually relaunch the US economy.
