April 15, 2020 There are four investigations opened by the prosecutor of Brescia to shed light on the deaths in the RSA, the health care residences, of the province and identify any responsible.

These are files opened without suspects, with the hypothesis of crime ranging from manslaughter within a healthcare facility to the culpable epidemic.

"There are no suspects - remarked the chief prosecutor of Brescia, Francesco Prete -. There are four files open". The prosecutor did not rule out that in the next few hours the number of files could increase to ten. Meanwhile, the magistrates have ordered the seizure of numerous documents in various Brescia RSAs.

To manage the cases, a pool of three magistrates was appointed to whom the prosecutor entrusted the investigations coordinated by the deputy prosecutor Carlo Nocerino.
