It was found that 50s participated the most in the pre-voting of the April 15th general election held on the 10th to 11th.

According to the Central Election Commission, 1,174,677 of the 4,399,247 of the total electors participated in the pre-voting, of which 50s were the largest with 2,572,527.

This corresponds to 21.9% of the electoral voters.

The 60s were followed by 18.3% with 2,21,575, and the 40s with 2,07,663 and 17.7%.

Next, 20 generations participated in pre-voting, and 17.2% (14.6%) voted.

Those in their 30s were 14.4,267 (12.7%), those over the age of 70 were 1.46,138 (12.4%), and those under 19 were 26,505 (2.2%).

Previously, in the 2014 local elections, those under the age of 29 accounted for the most 24.6% of all pre-voting voters, and the percentage of those under the age of 29 (23.9%) was the largest in the 2017 election.

However, in the local elections in 2018, more than 60s showed the highest participation rate at 26.1%, and the proportion of the elderly increased.

More than 60 people who participated in pre-voting in this general election reached 30.7% with 361,713.

Including the 50s electorate, it is analyzed that the elderly and the elderly accounted for 52.7%, more than half of the pre-voting electors.

By gender, 53.5% of men participated in the pre-voting a little more than 46.5% of women.
