The humanitarian subgroup agreed on the details of the exchange of prisoners in the Donbass

This is stated in a statement by the special representative of the OSCE head Heidi Grau.

“The TAG Working Group on Humanitarian Issues today agreed on the details of future mutual release and exchange of persons held in connection with the conflict in eastern Ukraine,” TASS quoted it as saying.

Earlier, the Ombudsman of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic, Daria Morozova, said that the exchange of prisoners according to the formula 10 by 8 should take place before the Easter holidays.
