Reopenings that do not apply to two regions: Lombardy and Campania, which opposed the measure.

In detail, the Dpcm provides that the 'paper, cardboard and stationery trade', the 'book retail trade' and the 'retail trade of clothes for children and babies. ' Furthermore, the use of forest areas for wood production, PC manufacturing and forestry resumes, which is accompanied by the resumption of the production of fertilizers and chemical products for agriculture and that of hand tools.

Then there are more stringent rules for those arriving in Italy from abroad, even if for short stays. In fact, the text of the Dpcm a states that "whoever intends to enter the national territory, by air, sea, lake, rail or land transport, is required to deliver to the carrier upon embarkation" a declaration indicating the reasons for the trip (which must always be proven work needs, needs, health) ".

In Lazio, finally, the reopening of the bookstores will take place from April 20, to guarantee the necessary security measures, as established by the order issued today by the Lazio Region. '' With the regional ordinance - explains the Councilor for Productive Activities Paolo Orneli - it is established above all that the bookstores, whose activity was again authorized by the Prime Ministerial Decree of 10 April last, will be able to reopen from Monday 20 April. This is to allow operators time to organize the security measures provided for in Annex 5 of the decree ".
