The joint exit survey of three broadcasting companies including SBS is conducted in all 253 regional districts.

Depending on the degree of competition, a polling site for each district is extracted and surveys are conducted at over 2,300 polling places.

Hours are from 6 AM to 6 PM when voting starts.

Ask a short questionnaire about which candidates and political parties voted, one for every five voters who voted more than 50 meters from the polling station.

In order to prevent the possibility of corona19 infection, the quarantine guidelines, which have been reviewed by the Central Defense Response Center, are also implemented.

The investigator wore a KF94 mask and disposable gloves, and provided voters with a disposable ballpoint pen so they could never rewrite the writing instruments used by others.

[Chan Bok Lee / Director of Ipsos: Fever checks are carried out from time to time, and if there is a slight fever, the investigator is put in close contact with the relevant investigator and the alternative investigator is put in.]

The announcement of the exit survey is 6:15 pm.

Considering that the votes of self-isolators who have no suspected symptoms of corona infection will be held after 6 pm, the time for the announcement of the exit investigation was delayed by 15 minutes as requested by the Central Election Commission.
