April 12, 2020In Campania bookstores will remain closed until May 3. Therefore, no reopening on April 14, as indicated in the latest Prime Minister's Decree. This is what is foreseen in an ordinance signed today by the President of the Campania Region Vincenzo De Luca. In the part concerning trade, the order signed today by the governor of Campania recalls and confirms what was established by the order of last March 28, namely that "the retail trade of paper, cardboard, stationery and books is suspended, with the exception of that already practiced in newsagents, hypermarkets and supermarkets, in tobacconists, as well as from large-scale multimedia distribution and via the internet ".

On the other hand, opening on the retail trade of clothes for children and babies, allowed "on Tuesday and Friday mornings with hours 8-14", while in the week of May 1st "the opening is allowed on Tuesday and Sunday mornings. Thursday ", always from 8 to 14.

The order also reiterates that "construction site activities are suspended on private commission, without prejudice, limited to the activities permitted by current national regulations, urgent interventions strictly necessary to guarantee the safety or functionality of the buildings, the adaptation of buildings for medical purposes aimed at carrying out medical therapies during the emergency period, maintenance interventions aimed at ensuring the functionality of essential services, the restoration of the safety of the construction sites, where necessary, and in any case with the obligation to adopt the personal protective equipment by the staff employed and the additional precautionary measures provided for by current legislation ".

For public works, however, "without prejudice to the start and continuation of those concerning public utility networks and healthcare construction, as well as interventions aimed at ensuring the safety and functionality of buildings, contracting stations, always limited to the activities permitted by current national regulations, they assess the deferral of individual processes or interventions in progress or planned ".
