In Moscow, scammers have appeared who are proposing on social networks to issue digital passes for trips around the city during self-isolation. This was reported in the Department of Information Technology of the capital.

The department explained that, in particular, a bot appeared in the Telegram messenger, which, in order to draw up a document, requests a phone number and personal data of a citizen, including passport details.

The department reminded that, according to the decree of Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, three methods for obtaining passes were approved: on the mos.ru portal, via SMS or by phone. All other methods are not official and can be used by scammers to obtain personal data of citizens.

“Digital passes are free of charge. If you are offered to issue a pass for money - these are scammers. All such cases must be reported to law enforcement agencies, ”TASS was told in the department.

Recall, on April 11, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin signed a decree on the introduction on April 13 of special digital passes for moving around the city on all types of personal and public transport. Starting on the 15th, their availability will become mandatory. There will be three categories of passes - for trips to work, to a medical institution and for personal purposes.

Meanwhile, an app called "Government Services Stop Coronavirus" from the Ministry of Communications has appeared on the App Store and Google Play. According to the description, it will be possible to issue passes in it in the form of QR codes, which will begin to operate on April 15 for travel by transport during the self-isolation mode.

“You will be able to present it electronically on a mobile device or in printed form to law enforcement officials if necessary,” the description says.

In turn, TASS, citing a message from the ministry, notes that the application works in test mode and does not apply to the capital.

Meanwhile, in Moscow over the past day, police officers drew up 1,358 protocols for violations of the high alert mode, the operational headquarters to combat the spread of coronavirus reported.

All violators were on the street for no reason permitted by the decree of the city hall, or gathered in groups and did not observe social distance.

In turn, the head of the Main Control Department of the capital, Yevgeny Danchikov, said that in case of violation of the self-isolation regime by a teenager, the protocol will be drawn up in the name of the parents.

He added that the most disciplined category of citizens are pensioners who do not go outside without necessity.

“So far, young people, adolescents and middle-aged people are rather negligent in regard to the requirements and the risk that they themselves are exposed to,” RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.

The number of cases of COVID-19 infection in Moscow reached 10158 by April 12, having increased by 1306 over the last day, 72 people died from complications caused by the virus.

The representative of the World Health Organization in Russia, Melita Vujnovich, expressed the view that the sharp increase in the number of patients with coronavirus in the capital is the result of the "relaxed behavior" of Muscovites who went outside.

“Unfortunately, the weather is nice and relaxing, because the numbers were not so high, they allowed people to think:“ And this does not concern me. ” This is the result of everything that has happened over the past ten days, ”she said during the Sunday Night program on the Russia-1 television channel.

The representative of WHO recalled that four weeks ago a very slow increase in the number of infected was observed in the country, and last week this indicator decreased, which testified to the stabilization of the situation. However, now the numbers have gone up. According to her, partly this could be facilitated by the fact that some of the patients did not immediately consult a doctor.

In Moscow, a number of restrictions have been introduced to reduce the rate of spread of coronavirus. In particular, a special procedure for providing medical care to pregnant women was introduced in the capital.

“Visits to antenatal clinics, day hospitals and consultative and diagnostic departments are temporarily limited for them,” the capital’s health department said.

They noted that the relatives of the pregnant patient can transfer the tests for research, and she can also consult with her doctor by phone.

The department emphasized that maternity hospitals in Moscow are open, restrictions apply only to partner births and visits to relatives. If a woman feels the birth is coming, she needs to call an ambulance.

Earlier, Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova said that the result of the self-isolation regime can be seen by April 30, since in order to understand the effect it is necessary that two cycles of 14 days go by.
