“Military personnel, law enforcement officers, judges and other employees who have certificates established by the state have the right to travel without a digital pass for official purposes,” the message on the personal website of Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin stated.

At the same time, the decree published on the website of the Moscow City Hall says that without a pass, but with a certificate in the city, state and municipal employees, judges, lawyers, notaries, journalists and security guards will be able to move around.

Also, passes are not required for citizens under 14 years of age.

Earlier, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said that from April 15, a special digital pass will be required to travel on all types of personal and public transport.
