This was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Emergencies in the region.
“In the morning, two dead were discovered - presumably children,” the Emergencies Ministry said.
Three more injured, including two adults and one child, were hospitalized in serious condition.
Earlier in Moscow, four people were killed and 16 were injured in a fire in a nursing home.
