As Shchapov clarifies, the subsidies will be intended for those companies that are in conditions of forced downtime due to the spread of coronavirus infection.

At the same time, the salary of workers should be compensated by at least 70%, the legislator believes.

“If the employer, whose activities are suspended, has employees with children, then the amount of subsidies should be at least 80% of the salary of an employee with one minor child, with two or more - 100% of the salary,” the appeal says.

Earlier, the National Parents' Committee proposed to establish a benefit for families with children in which adults lost their jobs or faced wage delays during self-isolation, which caused the family income to fall below the subsistence level.
