“A field military hospital, designed to receive more than 200 patients, was deployed as part of planned preventive measures and exercises for physicians at the Russian military base in the South-Eastern Military District on the territory of the Republic of Abkhazia,” the agency reports to TASS.
It is noted that the medical facility is equipped with modern medical equipment, including mechanical ventilation devices.
It was previously reported that in Abkhazia, the first case of coronavirus infection with COVID-19 was confirmed.
