Nine people fined for violation of self-isolation in Moscow

It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the Moscow City Court.

On April 8, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin approved an agreement between the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Moscow government on drafting protocols for administrative offenses.
