Regarding the documents that must be presented when requesting an exceptional vacation, the office stated that a certificate must be presented from the Ministry of Health and Community Prevention, or from the local health authority in the event that the husband or wife is placed in the home or health quarantine, or a certificate proving the nature of the work of the husband or wife.
The decision to grant paid leave for some exceptional cases comes from employees in the federal government, within the package of precautionary decisions and measures taken by the UAE government to prevent the emerging corona virus (Covid-19).
