This was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Social Development Anastasia Rakova.

“To date, in Moscow already 11 who have recovered from COVID-19 have become blood plasma donors,” she said.

Zammera added that seven patients undergoing treatment in city clinics received transfusions.

According to the director of the Sklifosovsky Research Institute of Emergency Medicine Sergey Petrikov, the plasma of those who recovered from the coronavirus in Moscow is primarily transferred to patients who are in serious condition.

Earlier in Moscow, the Clinical Committee for the Control of Coronavirus was created, which included the chief physicians of coronavirus hospitals.
