The full text of the "Opinions" contains 15 articles, which clearly proposes the establishment of a supervisory information sharing mechanism. Procuratorial organs and judicial administrative organs regularly notify each other of the acceptance and handling of administrative procuratorial and administrative law enforcement supervision cases, and copy legal documents of related cases to each other.
"Opinions" said that Guangdong will strengthen the supervision of administrative trials and administrative non-litigation enforcement supervision. It is stipulated that if an administrative organ has any objection to the court ’s execution ruling or enforcement activities, it may submit an application for supervision to the procuratorial organ, and the supervision opinions of the procuratorial organ shall be notified to the relevant administrative organ and judicial administrative organ, which is conducive to improving the administrative enforcement power.
The "Opinions" regulate the handling mechanism of procuratorial recommendations. In the process of performing the administrative litigation supervision function, the procuratorial organ believes that there are administrative violations of the administrative organ and its staff, or the general problems of administrative law enforcement, and the violation of regulatory documents, etc., and submits procuratorial suggestions according to law to require the administrative organ to correct them. At the same time, copying to the judicial administrative organ at the same level is conducive to promoting administration according to law. If the administrative organ considers that the procuratorial recommendation is wrong or obviously inappropriate, it may apply for a review in writing to the procuratorial organ at the same level, or may apply for a review in writing to the people's procuratorate at the next higher level.
According to the "Opinions", procuratorial organs may invite judicial administrative organs at the same level to participate in administrative procuratorial work.
