It was on March 24 earlier this year that a 20-year-old man was stabbed in the city park in central Motala. The man was taken by ambulance to hospital. Now a 17-year-old man is being prosecuted for attempted murder.

According to the indictment, the 17-year-old must have handed out several stabs to the man at the age of 20. Among other things, he should have suffered damage to both lung sacs, damage to the liver and a bleeding in the abdomen.

Honor-related murder trial

The lawsuit states that the background to the incident must be honor-related. The man is also charged with fraud. That after pulling in a female family member's headdress. It should have happened the same day, even in the City Park. The indictment states that the 17-year-old must have been dissatisfied with the female family member spending time with the man at the age of 20.

For evidence, there are several witnesses who saw the incident taking place in the City Park.

The accused man goes through the incident, but refuses a crime.
