“A 31-year-old resident of the village of Elatma, Kasimov district, has been charged with committing a crime under subsection“ a ”part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of Russia (murder of two or more persons), ”the statement reads on the website of the department.
It is noted that during the interrogation, the man admitted that he actually fired shots at people.
It is specified that he explained his actions with the necessary defense.
Earlier it was reported that in a residential building in the village of Elatma, Ryazan region, shooting occurred, as a result of which five people were killed.
