He noted that this must be done "thoughtfully and accurately, carefully monitoring the situation."
The President explained that there should be a clear, understandable list of organizations whose work is limited due to increased risks.
Putin said that "the rest of the enterprises do not need to be" loaded "with various additional certificates, clarifications and approvals."
“They can continue to work, naturally, observing all the necessary sanitary requirements and safety standards,” he added.
