“To return to tourists and (or) other customers paid by them for a tourist product, if the trip was planned from the beginning of the restrictions ... until June 1, 2020, the sums from the funds of the tour operator’s personal liability fund on the basis of the submitted no later than April 15 2020 to the association of tour operators in the field of outbound tourism by a tour operator operating in the field of outbound tourism, notification of return, ”the document says.
At the same time, it is specified that the tour operator that has not submitted the indicated notification must transfer the annual contribution for 2020 to the tour operator's personal liability fund no later than April 15, 2021.
The Cabinet also decided to allocate 3.5 billion rubles to reimburse the costs of tour operators, which are associated with non-refundable tariffs for air travel and the organization of the export of tourists.
