According to the agency’s website, Russians with foreign tickets will have to pay € 200-400 to fly home.

“The Russians returning home should proceed from the principle of paid flight. If they have unused tickets from a foreign airline, they should be prepared to pay € 200 per person for transportation from departure points in Europe and € 400 for long-distance flights. Discounts are provided for children, ”the statement said.

At the same time, the ministry indicated that Russians with unused tickets from Russian carriers would be accepted for special flights for free.

“Russian companies will subsequently make mutual settlements among themselves,” the department said.

It is noted that with foreign companies the passenger will decide on compensation for unfulfilled transportation individually.

Earlier, the Ministry of Transport called the number of Russians wishing to return to their homeland.
